Exploring New Paths

No matter what topics you bring, you will find a safe and open space with me—one where we explore them with empathy and mindfulness, free from judgment. Together, we walk the path at your own pace, gaining clarity and discovering new perspectives. After all, it’s never too late to embrace change and open yourself to new possibilities—the first step starts right here.

About Me

Psychotherapist and Individual Psychological Analyst in Training Under Supervision

As a psychotherapist with a background in political science and communication, I integrate diverse perspectives into my work. Growing up in Berlin, I developed a deep understanding of the diversity of human life paths and the unique needs of my patients.

My training in Individual Psychology, following Alfred Adler, at the University of Vienna, along with my work in institutions such as Caritas Gruft, Jung & Alt, the University Clinic at Sigmund Freud PrivatUniversität, the Social Pedagogical Groups at Oase, and the Therapiesalon im Wald, has enriched my theoretical knowledge with profound practical experience. These experiences have provided me with valuable insights into different social and therapeutic contexts.

In my practice in the 3rd district of Vienna, I offer a safe and supportive space that fosters personal growth, change, and development.

Psychotherapy &
Individual Psychology

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy offers a trusting and profound exploration of one’s own personality. In a safe space, inner conflicts can be reflected upon, personal strengths discovered, and new perspectives developed. The therapeutic process helps to deepen self-understanding, cultivate self-compassion, and shape a conscious, self-determined path in life.

Individual Psychology by Alfred Adler

Individual Psychology views human beings as deeply connected to their social environment. It explores how unconscious processes and lifestyle shape thinking, feeling, and behavior. The focus is on the ability to actively shape relationships and experience social connectedness. Therapy helps uncover the unconscious meanings behind challenges and develop new perspectives—through a trusting dialogue that fosters personal growth.

The Unconscious

The unconscious influences many of our thoughts, feelings, and actions—often without us realizing it. It serves as a repository for experiences, memories, and repressed emotions that shape our daily lives. In therapy, we create a space to gently explore the unconscious and become more aware of what often remains hidden. This process opens up new possibilities to break old patterns and free yourself from burdensome inner conflicts. In doing so, you can build a deeper connection with yourself and shape your life with greater clarity.

Treatment

Setting

In a non-binding initial consultation, we will explore your current situation and discuss what therapeutic support could look like for you. Depending on your needs, therapy can take place once a week while sitting, or up to three times a week while lying down. This way, we will find an individualized course that best meets your needs.

Fees

A session lasts 50 minutes and costs €70. For higher-frequency treatments (up to three times per week), the fee is reduced. I will be happy to provide you with detailed information during a personal conversation. Reduced rates are available depending on availability and need.

Cancellation Policy: Your appointment is reserved specifically for you. If you are unable to attend, I kindly request that you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

Contact

Once you have contacted me by email or phone and we have scheduled an appointment, I look forward to welcoming you to my practice for an initial consultation.
